A fixture in Rose City nightlife with a grimy and dangerous reputation‚ Chromium survived two natural disasters‚ a move to Pandemonium‚ and the deaths of two prior owners․ The current owner is a chimeric beastkin called Luca‚ who inherited the club from her friend Royce․ Rather than act as a fixer or point of contact with the beastkin liberation front‚ Luca instead chooses to give fixers and freedom fighters a place to operate out of at will‚ regardless of reputation or personal history․
