This place was founded by one of the researchers of Black Mesa; Eli Vance․ He founded this location and turned it into a safe home for friends of his and anyone that wishes to escape the combines rule․ Housing multiple floors people can not only live in but also contribute to helping Eli Vance and any resistance leaders in developing portal technology and trying to benefit humanity as a whole․ This place is on the outskirts of City 17‚ within the large canals that the metrocops are known to regularly patrol․ This location is connected to a location called Raven Holm․ ［Map was created by ValvE and was put together easier within the GMOD workshop․ The person who made the easier to access version was RileySV on GMOD․］
White Forest East
Once a lovely location with emploies working here everyday‚ now just stands as a husk for those to hide in from the Combine․ But those who hide here have established a good location to lay low and they started to florish here․ Explore the area and see what you find‚ be warry though․ The combine remnants still remain at this facility․ ［Thank you to TubbyTapir for making the original map on GMOD］
