田村酒造場 Japanese sake brewery

日本酒の酒蔵を本格再現。1822年創業の田村酒造場（東京都福生市）の代表銘柄「嘉泉」の酒造りの歴史と魅力を表現しました。 ROJI日本橋（国分）が日本酒酒蔵の世界観や日本酒の歴史文化に触れていただくために開設しました。 In cooperation with Tamura Sake Brewery‚ which was founded in 1822 in Fussa City‚ Tokyo‚ we express the history and charm of sake brewing of the representative brand Kasen․ ROJI Nihonbashi （Kokubu） has opened this facility for visitors to experience the world of Japanese sake breweries and the history and culture of sake․
